Everyone at Harley Davidson Napoleon was VERY helpful and made the purchase of our new bike very comfortable. Cat needs a raise, she was very precise and knowledgeable on everything. Austin our salesperson did a very nice job as well, very friendly. The lady in clothing was very helpful as well, I don't recall her name but she made it fun while we waited for Cat to be available. We will definitely be coming back to Napoleon for all of our Harley Davidson needs.

My riding co-pilot and myself were just trying to kill a snowy Feb. Saturday, so we drove out to the dealership and were shocked as soon as we walked in the door. The museum was worth the trip alone, and we ended up staying about 2 hours just browsing around. The first person that came up to us was Mike, a great guy to have out front with a customer. We ended up talking with him for quite awhile about everything from A to Z. Occasionally other store reps would bump into us as we walked around, and all were very polite and friendly.....no 'used car type' tactics in any of their introductions. Wonderful, overall experience upgrading motorcycle from 2009 Sportster to 2014 Ultra Classic. Everyone took the time to explain everything, made sure we got a good test drive and answered all questions. All department employees were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great service experience. Tammy was great to deal with, and helped us with temporary storage for our bikes while we moved our residence. We also had some work done on our bikes and they were immaculate when we picked them up. Napoleon Harley sets a great example for Harley dealerships. Definitely recommend them to others, just as a couple riders who helped us out roadside recommended them to us.

I have 2010 ultra had stage one installed,Not only did the bike run great but it was cleaner when i picked up then it was new.... my son has a 2010 streetglide another dealship screwed up the o2 sensors and the bike was missing a little with odd response,he had stage one installed also,and not only did you guys find the problem,but kept the costs down.his bike was also returned shiner then new...These stage one kits with the download is night and day Holy crap,and you dont need to have them dyno like other dealerships want your money to do,I will be a return customer. Thanks Guys,Anyone looking for a honest service manager,then ask for Bob.

Back in December, my wife and I were in the Harley Shop just looking around. I saw a used scarlet and black 2010 Ultra Classic Limited on the floor. My wife and I both fell in love with it. We talked to Kristi and she said she could run some numbers for us, trading in my 2004 Ultra Classic. Kristi did not beat around the bush and made us an offer we couldn't refuse. She did not try and low-ball us and we did not feel that we were trying to be taken advantage of. Thanks Kristi! You rock!! Then we saw Paige for the financing. I have stopped in a several times traveling by semi between Detroit and Ft. Wayne. Each time has been a pleasure. If just asking questions or making a purchase I have been treated great.
